Using this site

This site describes the services of Your Local Automation. By using it or sending us a message, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Free previews

A website preview, a Google Checkup or a first call is free and comes with no obligation. You only pay if you choose to buy something.

Until you buy, the preview and its design belong to us. Please don't copy or publish it.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on this site in US dollars. Each plan's terms, like a monthly plan's minimum length, are shown next to its price, and we confirm them with you before you pay.

Monthly tools, kits and Google Growth are month to month unless you choose to pay ahead.

The founders price ($49 a month, regular $100) has a 6 or 12 month term you pick, then month to month with 30 days notice. Leaving early costs at most $299. Every monthly payment counts toward owning the site: it is yours once your payments reach $600 (regular $1,200), or pay the rest any time.

Who owns what

When you buy a website, the site, your domain, your photos and your content are yours.

Sample sites on this site are made up examples. Their names, photos and details are not real businesses.

Text messages

Your Local Automation texts. If you text us or give us your number, we may text you about your request, your preview, your account or your service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. See our Privacy policy for how we handle your number.

AI tools

Our AI tools answer from the information you give us. Please check that your prices, hours and services are correct and tell us when they change. We're not responsible for mistakes that come from information that is out of date.

Limits

We work hard to keep our sites and tools running, but we can't promise they will never have an outage. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
