Plain terms
Short version: I set up the bots you pick, they run for you, you pay monthly, you can stop any time with no exit call and nothing of yours is held back. The rest is detail.
Who you are dealing with
Local Automation is a small shop, not a call centre. You deal with the same person who builds and runs your bots. Contact is hello@yourlocalautomation.com.
What you are buying
A monthly subscription to run the bots you chose, plus the setup work to point them at your business. The listed price covers both. Bots are switched on for one business, the one named at checkout.
Setup is real work, not a form you fill in alone. I take your answers, build the configuration, and confirm it is aimed at the right business before anything sends. If I get something wrong, tell me and I fix it.
Billing
Card payments are processed by Whop. Whop acts as merchant of record for card network rules and payment settlement, so your statement shows Whop rather than Local Automation. Local Automation stays the supplier of the service, which means questions about the service, a refund or a cancellation come to me directly.
Plans are monthly and renew until you stop them. You see the amount before you pay, and a single bot is never charged at a bundle price.
Stopping
Cancel any time. There is no notice period, no exit call and no cancellation form to hunt for. Stopping ends the next charge. The bots you were paying for stop running at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the outputs from that period stay with you.
Nothing of yours is held hostage. Your website, your listings, your reviews and your data are yours, and stopping has no effect on them.
Refunds
If a bot you are paying for never did anything in your first month, tell me and I refund that month. That is the only refund promise, and it covers a module that did not work rather than a change of mind.
After the first month, the period you have paid for is not refunded, and the setup work already done is not refundable. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
What you have to do
- Give accurate answers at setup, and a correct phone number and email for your business.
- Only ask the bots to contact people who are connected to your business: your customers, your enquiries, your quotes. Not bought lists, and not strangers.
- Keep the contact details you supply accurate so people can reach you.
- Use the bots for your own business only. The configuration is yours to use, not to resell.
What the bots do, and what they do not
They do the follow-up work: chasing quotes, asking for reviews, waking up old customers, answering a missed call, and reporting what they found. Each one runs on a schedule and reports by email.
What they do not do is promise a number of leads, sales or revenue. Nobody can promise that honestly. What I promise is that the work runs, that you hear about it every week, and that anything broken gets fixed.
Anything sent to your customers by a bot is sent from your business name and reflects your business. If you want different wording, say so and I change it.
Your data
The bots read what they need to do the job: your website, your public listings, and the replies that come back. Records of what ran and what came back are kept so you can see the work. That data is yours, it is not sold, and it is removed when you stop, on request.
Payments and card details are handled entirely by Whop. I never see or store your card.
The boring part
The bots are provided as they are, in good faith, and you are responsible for your business decisions. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. If something here is unclear or wrong for your situation, email me and we will sort it out like people.
